We take great pride in the expertise of our manufacturing team and our craftmanship. We provide a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on our sheets. If you experience a warrantable issue with your DreamFit sheets; such as material or workmanship defects, within the first year, we will happily replace the defective item at no charge.
To process a warranty claim, we require that you provide a copy of your receipt as well as an image of the defective item. Please also be sure to provide a description of the issue that you are experiencing. We ask that you either provide your address or verify that the address on your receipt is accurate to ensure we ship your replacement product to the correct address.
As with our sheets, we take great pride in the manufacturing and craftmanship of our mattress protectors.
We offer a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty on our mattress protectors. If you are experiencing an issue with your mattress protector or if your mattress protector has become defective, please immediately contact our customer service team at 877-373-2634 to discuss your warranty claim. Please have your receipt, warranty card and images of your protector available to send to our team.
